Jo Pryor

Jo Pryor’s paintings are so unique and special, we are delighted to be showing her work as our only ‘not so local’ artist. Her gouache paintings are all of women clothed in the most intricately patterned costumes, with colours that almost sparkle.

The Pig and Lion

Ann-Rachel of ‘The Pig and Lion’ is also one of our in-house artists and regularly runs courses at the gallery in rag-rug techniques. Her work on show includes beautiful rag-rugs and cushions, and kits for making rag-rugs along with all sorts of rag-rug items including – decorations, fabric tinsel and dusters!

Hedgehog and Hoot

Cath Smith of ‘Hedgehog and Hoot’ also regularly runs felting courses at the gallery and her wonderful felted creatures are often a feature in our window displays.

Tim Baynes

Tim has recently moved from West Wales to Cricklade and is busy gathering material from the beautiful Wiltshire countryside to create his oil paintings, full of energy and colour.

His work is held in collections all over the world, he studied at The Slade, Central St. Martins and Carmarthen School of Art – we’re delighted to have his work here in Cricklade.
